As Cybersecurity Information Security Manager for Innovation at JPMorgan Chase, I collaborated with Emerging Technology Solutions (AI/ML) and the Global Technology Applied Research Lab to lead initiatives in post-quantum cryptography, enterprise technology strategy, and cybersecurity governance. My work consistently centered on delivering resilient and scalable solutions that prepare organizations for tomorrow’s threats.

Previously, as National eLearning/Six Sigma Practice Lead at KPMG Consulting/BearingPoint, I helped Fortune 50 financial institutions streamline operations, reduce costs, and strengthen risk management through Design for Six Sigma methodologies. The innovative programs I led were recognized by Fast Company for their measurable impact and success.

As former  Senior Vice President of the Technology PMO at Jefferies, I built and led a strategy and governance team overseeing a $60 million technology portfolio, reporting directly to the CIO. I also championed talent development through mentorship—introducing Jefferies’ emerging technology leaders to the Women’s Bond Club.
